Main features of electric triple eccentric butterfly valve
1.This valve adopts a three eccentric sealing structure,with minimal wear on the valve seat and butterfly plate.

Electric triple eccentric butterfly valve triple eccentric sealing principle
On the basis of the double eccentric sealing butterfly valve, the center line of the valve seat is further offset with the center line of the valve body to form a β angle position. The result of the offset is shown in the A-A sectional view of Figure 2. When the three eccentric hard sealing butterfly valve is in the fully open state, the sealing surface of the butterfly plate will completely detach from the sealing surface of the valve seat, and a gap Y similar to that of the double eccentric sealing butterfly valve will be formed between the sealing surface of the butterfly plate and the sealing surface of the valve body. As shown in the figure, the formation of the β angle position will cause the tangent of the rotation trajectory of the butterfly plate sealing surface and the sealing surface of the valve seat to form an angle of θ 1 and θ 2 on the large and small semicircles of the butterfly plate rotating with long and short radii. When the butterfly valve is opened and closed, the sealing surface of the butterfly valve gradually disengages and presses against the sealing surface of the valve seat, thereby completely eliminating mechanical wear and scratches between the two seals of the butterfly valve sealing pair during butterfly valve opening and closing. When the butterfly valve is opened from 0 ° to 90 °, the sealing surface of the butterfly plate will immediately detach from the sealing surface of the valve seat at the moment of opening. When it is closed from 90 ° to 0 °, only at the moment of closing, the sealing surface of the butterfly plate will contact and press against the sealing surface of the valve seat.
