PQ40H eccentric half ball valve/QP640H pneumatic eccentric half ball valve/PQ940H electric eccentric half ball valve utilizes an eccentric valve body, eccentric sphere, and valve seat. When the valve stem rotates, it automatically centers on a common trajectory and becomes tighter during the closing process, achieving a good sealing effect. The ball and seat of the valve are completely detached, eliminating the wear of the sealing ring and overcoming the problem of continuous wear between the traditional ball seat and ball sealing surface. Non metallic elastic materials are embedded in the metal seat, and the metal surface of the valve seat is well protected. Eccentric hemispherical valves are particularly suitable for media such as steel industry, aluminum industry, fibers, small solid particles, pulp, coal ash, petroleum gas, etc.
